THE R FILES ADVERTIS<\/b><\/strong>ING<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0SERVICE AGREEMENT<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>

THIS AGREEMENT, is made between the INDAGO PLT (The R Files), with registered number LLP0012162-LGN (referred to as “Agency,”) and you (referred to as “Client”). In consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:<\/p>

<\/b>1. TERMS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

  • The Client hereby engages the Agency, and the Agency hereby agrees to perform the services of placing and publishing advertisements on www.www.therfiles.com (referred to as \u201cWebsite\u201d) according to the advertising features in the Package selected by the Client (referred to as \u201cAds\u201d).<\/li><\/ul>
    • The Client is required to make the payment (fee of the Package selected) according to the payment method stated in 5. PAYMENT<\/strong>, send the payment receipt to Agency and provide all the information and material required. The Ads will be published in one to ten work days after payment is made and all required information and material provided.<\/li>
    • The advertising service is on a first come first served basis. Agency has the right to reject the advertising subscription and payment will refunded to the Client.<\/li><\/ul>
      • This agreement shall commence on the day all the Ads are published and shall terminate after the duration of the ads stated in the package. A notification will be sent to the Client.<\/li><\/ul>
        • If Client should terminate the agreement prior to the expiration of this time period, the fee will not be refunded to the Client. Client can choose to remove or let the advertisements continue.<\/li><\/ul>
          • If Agency should terminate the agreement prior to the expiration of this time period, a pro-rated amount of fee will be refunded to the Client.<\/li><\/ul>

            <\/b>2. NO DUE DATES<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

            The advertisement under the \u201cno due dates\u201d category will stay on the Website. However Agency reserves the right to remove it after the termination date, if the Website is shut down, or if Agency\u2019s company is dissolved or there is a change of ownership\/ management\/ direction of the company.<\/p>

            <\/b>3. REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

            • Client is required to provide these information in writing: Website, Facebook Page or other social media sites, Address, Telephone number, Email, Wedding Package details (if applicable).<\/li><\/ul>
              • Client is required to provide at least 3 images.<\/li><\/ul>

                <\/b>4. CONTENT AND CHANGE OF CONTENT<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                • The Agency will write the content of the advertisements based on Client\u2019s websites, social media sites and Agency\u2019s research.<\/li><\/ul>
                  • Client may add or modify any information and photos if needed.<\/li><\/ul>
                    • The Agency will not publish and will remove any illegal, obscene, suspicious, inappropriate contents and contents that are offensive towards sensitive topics.<\/li><\/ul>
                      • The Agency will not remove any comments by visitors on the Website unless they violate TheRfiles.com\u2019s guidelines.<\/li><\/ul>
                        • The Agency reserves the rights to make adjustments\/ amendments to the Ads when it is necessary.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

                          <\/b>5. PAYMENT <\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                          • Client agrees to pay the fee for the particular package in full.<\/li><\/ul>
                            • For Gold Package Client only, payment can be made in two installments: RM1500 now and RM1500 six months after the commencement date.<\/li><\/ul>

                              <\/b>6. DISCLAIMER<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                              • Agency does not warrant that the services or Website will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does Agency make any warranty as to the performance or results that may be obtained by the publication of advertisements.<\/li><\/ul>
                                • The Agency is not responsible for, and in no way guarantees the representations made or implied in the contents provided by Client.<\/li><\/ul>

                                  7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                                  This Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings. No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing.<\/p>

                                  <\/b>8. SEVERABILITY <\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                                  If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, or unenforceable in any respect under the law, the remainder of the contract should still apply.<\/p>

                                  <\/b>9. SIGNATURES<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

                                  For this Agreement, no signatures are used.
