Exceptions are new applicants, senior citizens, people with disabilities, children under 13 years old, students and haj applicants, or those who encounter issues with online application such as their fingerprints in the system is either damaged\/ missing, they could go directly to the issuing offices counter.<\/p><br \/><p>However many have raised the issue of uploading their passport photo online.
