This means you have an NHS login with the lowest level of identity verification. This will allow you\u00a0to do simple tasks like book a COVID-19 test (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Order coronavirus (COVID-19) rapid lateral flow tests<\/a>) which only can be done if you are in the UK.<\/li><\/ul><br \/><p>You must then verify your identity to a medium level or a high level. The level of verification will depend on the website or app you want to use and the type of information you want to access.<\/p><br \/><h3>Medium Level Verification<\/h3><p>To be verified to medium level, you will be asked to enter your date of birth and NHS number.
