Choose “Covid-19 Self Test Report”
Pilih “COVID-19 Laporan Kendiri”
Tap “Update COVID-19 Result”
Tekan “Kemaskini Keputusan COVID-19”
Choose the name (Yourself or your dependent) to report
Pilih nama (Anda atau anak/ tanggungan) untuk lapor
Start -> Answer the questions
Mula -> Jawab Soalan
If test was conducted by a Lab, Choose “Private Lab/Makmal Swasta” and upload the test report
Jika ujian dibuat oleh Makmal, sila Pilih “Private Lab/Makmal Swasta” dan muat naik Laporan Makmal
For Self-test kit, upload a photo of the result on the test device
Untuk kit ujian kendiri, muat naik gambar keputusan pada alat ujian
Report Covid-19 Positive for Dependent
- If the dependent you are reporting for is not a Vaccine Dependent, then you have to add her/ him as Vaccine Dependent
- You just have to complete the steps as above for COVID-19 Self Report
- For children under 5 years old, if the dependent has already been added, delete it. Then “Add Vaccine Dependent”. This way you will not encounter the page with the checkbox “I confirm that my dependent is over 5 years old”. After you’re done updating the Covid-19 Status, you can delete the Vaccine Dependent, and add the dependent again.
Lapor Positif Covid Untuk Anak atau Tanggungan
1. Jika tanggungan yang anda laporkan bukan Tanggungan Vaksin, anda perlu menambahnya sebagai Tanggungan Vaksin
2. Anda perlu melengkapkan langkah-langkah seperti di atas untuk lapor positif Covid-19
3. Untuk kanak-kanak di bawah umur 5 tahun, jika tanggungan telah ditambah, padamkannya. Kemudian “Add Vaccine Dependent”. Dengan cara ini anda tidak akan menemui halaman dengan kotak semak “Saya mengesahkan bahawa tanggungan saya berumur lebih dari 5 tahun”. Selepas anda selesai mengemas kini Status Covid-19, anda boleh memadamkan Tanggungan Vaksin dan menambah tanggungan itu semula.

- COVID-19 positive cases must quarantine for SEVEN (7) days regardless of vaccination status. However, they can be released earlier if tested negative by a supervised RTK-Antigen test on day 4 or later.
- Asymptomatic close contacts, regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to quarantine.
- Symptomatic close contacts, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to self-quarantine and perform RTK-Antigen self-test on the day of onset of symptoms and on the third day. If tested negative and symptoms have improved, they may end the quarantine.
Test and release procedure
- COVID-19 positive cases have the option to end quarantine earlier if their supervised RTK-Ag test result on Day-4 is negative. This test can be done at the Nearest Health Facility for Professional Covid Test or virtually (Virtual Professional Covid Tests)
- This RTK-Ag test can also be done on Day-5 or 6 for the purpose of early release from quarantine.
- If tested positive, they must continue to quarantine until Day-7. No other test needed after completion of quarantine.
