If you encounter these errors:
“Unable to connect to server, please try again later”
“Cannot connect to server Please try after sometime!”
Clear App data/ cache or Offload App then Logout and Log back in to MySejahtera.
Some people also mentioned that the error just went away on its own after a few days.
Android
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Click on ‘App Manager’ or Applications
- Select ‘MySejahtera App’
- Click ‘Storage’
- Click ‘Clear Cache’ and ‘Clear Data or Storage’
- Log in back to MySejahtera account
iPhone
- Got to ‘Settings’
- Select ‘General’
- Select ‘iPhone Storage’ and wait for it to load
- Select ‘MySejahtera App’
- Tap ‘Offload App’. Then ‘Delete App’ and Reinstall App
- Log in back to MySejahtera account
