Comments Jan 2023
- Officially you’re still required to have the MySejahtera app but no one actually checks. You still require to report your Covid thru this app should you catch Covid in Malaysia.
- Was back over Christmas/ NY – no one asked for the app . When I checked in at the counter all they asked if I had a return ticket.
- Left London Heathrow 3 weeks go to KLIA not asked for app

Health Check
✔️ All inbound travellers would have to undergo temperature checks at the various international entry points.
✔️ Those detected with fever or symptoms or self-declaration will be referred to the quarantine center or the health department for re-examination and undergo throat swabs as well as the rapid antigen test (RTK).
✔️ In response to worries about the rapidly spreading Covid-19 in the nation, Malaysia’s Immigration Department would set up specific lanes at international entrance ports for visitors from China.
😷 Face Masks
Face masks will still be mandatory only in healthcare facilities and on public transport, but not during flights because of the “good ventilation systems” on aeroplanes, according to Health Minister, Dr. Zaliha Mustafa.
Face masks are optional in indoor settings.
